Europa Universalis IV First Impressions

+ A BEAUTIFUL & ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS Map

Simple wow.  I cant begin to tell you how detailed and amazing this map looks.  It also changes with the seasons.  The transition from summer to winter is really cool.

+ UNLIMITED Options

I cant begin to tell you the amount of options in this game.  You can play any nation on the planet between 1444 and 1820.  You can control every facet of the country from diplomacy, building military troops and ships and colonizing the world.

+- Learning Curve

It took me about 10-15 minutes to get the basics of the game and start playing.  I still need to learn the particulars of the game ie. Royal Marriages, Creating Vassals, Colonization, Technology etc., which is going to take time to learn.   Also the UI took a bit getting used to.

++ Available on Mac, Windows & Linux

Europa Universalis IV is available on all these Operating Systems.  How AWESOME is that!  I give BIG Props to Paradox Interactive for making this game universal, so much so I give 2 ++ lol.

First Impressions Buying Recommendation:  If your into Grand Strategy games I recommend buying Europa Universalis IV.  For $39.99 it’s a great deal.  It will give you hours and hours of enjoyable gameplay.
